"Unable to enter the establishment. It was not ADA compliant. We were told left door has been stuck and would not be able to open it."

"Called in ahead to set a time for a manicure. Saw pricing from photos if their menu on here. Said $17/person with massage, etc. Was charged $35/person afterwards with no massage for the manicure. Oh, and the service was horrible. Tried to upgrade the service from a dip to acrylics at 2:45. Said they didn't have time, even though they close at 5. Ummm. Oh, and by the way, They had, like, 7 people working most of them were not doing anything except for mean mugging me and my boyfriend's daughter. It was absolutely horrible and I will completely drive all the way. Past it to Rocklin where I used to go to. Make sure that both myself and her never experienced that type of work ever again. Oh, and I forgot to mention our nails are not great at all. They got a lot of the deep stuff on our fingers, and they made her fingers bleed."

"I came in for an acrylic fill which clearly states it is $20 to fill and I ended up getting charged $60. There was no explanation as to why I was being charged that much. It was more than getting a new set of acrylic nails. They need to update their prices they have hung on their walls because they clearly over charged me."

"This review is overdue by about 5 years - but I wanted to say - I love this nail salon and have continued to come back for many years. I always call/text ahead for an appointment; however, I've come in many times under a walkin - they always do the best to accommodate & when they are packed I'm always offered an appointment asap. I no longer try to go anywhere else because, I know I won't be happy and I've just been disappointed going elsewhere. Sophie always knows what I want even when I do a poor job of describing it. She listens and understands what my daughter wants, and what my boyfriend wants. If you find yourself unable to describe to your nail tech - my advice - tell Sophie so she can advise the others. Pedicures are great and they really clean and cut the cuticles as well as massage, exfoliate and paint without bubbles, drip, etc. Dip, gel, acrylic - they always do an impeccable job. Here's an example of my bright pink dip and my daughter's acrylic. I find the prices are in line with the quality. I hope you stop by! You won't regret it !"
