"I live here its really nice they keep the lawn up and the office employees are really nice and property managers are really nice the maintenance men get the job done i like living here it been two wonderful years for me its quite around here plus our garbage get picked up 3 to 4 times a week they doing a good job that why i gave them a 5 star i have no problem out of them or my neighbors"

"I have lived here for 4 years. I really do enjoy my apartment. It is some what loud but I live on the Third floor so it doesn't bother me to much. My only concern is that the gates to the parking lot never work, so they always remain open. I have had my car broken into twice. I have also had numerous packages stolen from my front door. I dont have the option of having my packages dropped off at the office . There really needs to be some kind of security. I know i am not the only one who has had packages stolen. Another small complaint is that alot of the bulbs in the street lamps don't work especially in the parking lot area and it can be rather dark out in the evenings"

"I been living over here for Nine years never had any problems. Cause the people have always been so nice over here to live with. till I move in a new unit. The biggest mistake I ever made. Never any were to park on the street or in the gate cause Neighbors have two and 3 cars. When clearly say only one care in gate but guess rules don't go for every one. So I have to walk 7 doors to my house with a baby in arms at night. Back door don't work. Floor still haven't been replaced call for thing to be fixed now take for ever or have to keep calling in to get fixed garbage is always not pick up cause people don't care wear they throw it. I have never been so mad. Always love it here but am at point now I don't like it so much anymore"

"I applied with them and was told I would be able to move in as soon as my application checked out. It was very crucial to me to move in when they promised me I could. My application went through and they made me wait another week to move in. That was not acceptable. I explained how important move in date was for me and was assured I would get what I needed. When they did not deliver what was promised, I asked for my deposit back and they would not let me have it back. Lost $250. Do not fall for this trap. They promise and cannot deliver!"
