"I came in 1/5/23 and got a really nice regular manicure and pedicure. It was not as bad as the reviews suggested. I was the first one in at 9:30am and there were two males who worked with me simultaneously. The environment was pleasant. And the service was professional and relaxing. There was a discrepancy between the advertised web price ($31) vs what I was asked to pay in person ($50) but I would return."

"My first time there and probably my last. Not good customer service I believe partly due to lack of speaking fluent English. Got a pedicure and she did an average job. I had told her I did not want any color polish. After she was done, I decided I wanted just shine only and she said that was $5 extra but yet in the description of the classic pedicure it said it included nail polish which I assumed included clear nail polish. I said no thanks and proceeded to pay. As I was about to give her my card, she said only ATM or cash. I had to ask a couple of times if there was a fee for the ATM and was finally told by someone else there was. So I paid but I was not happy that she wanted to charge me $5 more for clear nail polish when it clearly stated in the description it was included. I even left a $5 tip!"

"I came in to get a French acrylic set. I was seated right away and the technician did not hurt me during the process. The place is relatively clean. However the acrylic is uneven, there is acrylic under my nails, the finish was done by buffing and you can still see areas of opaqueness and file marks. She didn't do any cutical work or hand massage or lotion. I will have to go home and fix them myself. They also don't take credit cards and have an atm to withdraw money."
