"10/10 experience. My 3 year old doesn't like his head touched so I was nervous about his first haircut. Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and Lacey being excellent at customer service we felt instantly comfortable. She did an amazing job on my son's haircut. She is very talented and personable! Definitely will return for our son's and our haircut needs!"

"Today we took my 4 year old autistic son to Tangle Free A Low Sensory Salon and I am blown away about how amazing of an experience we had. I was extremely nervous about how horrible my past experiences have been with haircuts and other hairstylists, as soon as we entered the building all my nerves were put at ease. But most of all my son was comfortable. I was in tears seeing how easy it was. Lacey is amazing at what she does. Very friendly, you can tell she has experience with special needs children. Very professional but in a warming way and asked in detail of what you expect out of your experience at her salon. We are very satisfied with the service she provided and will definitely be back for future haircuts for not only my son but my daughter as well. If anyone experiences sensory issues I would definitely recommend this salon. 10 out of 10! Thank you again Lacey. Such a beautiful Salon"

"Lacey was amazing with my son. He has gotten a few other haircuts, and it hasn't always been a positive experience. By the time she finished, he was allowing her to comb and style his hair with minimal issues. It was such a positive and supportive experience. I am so glad that we found this place."

"I had a bad experience! The lady was extremely rude to me! I asked for a haircut, & I guess I didn’t explain myself correctly you can tell she was annoyed, & when she was done I asked if she can fix his edges like make them more straight /line up & she got mad & went ahead & did it When it was time to pay, she straight up told me she was charging me for one haircut even if she did two for my son lol She was done with his haircut before the “one hour slot” we booked for even if I had asked for a 30minutes slot, but she recommended an one hour slot in case he needed breaks… he didn’t need a break or anything… & honestly she looked high the whole time , sorry but I don’t just don’t understand why she was so rude to me!
