"Jessica is VERY unprofessional!! I went in for a hair color. I wanted silver with mint green and violet undertones. After 6 hours in the chair I had a block of grayish color on top, pink in the middle, and green on the bottom. Went back in, spent 4 more hours with her. It’s still not silver and my roots are brownish red. She said she’d fix the roots. Ok. 2 more hours in this woman’s chair and my hair is still not to my satisfaction. She refuses to give back any portion of my money!! If I went to a steakhouse and ordered filet mignon and was brought a cube steak, would I still pay for the filet mignon I wanted?? No. If u go here don’t let Jessica touch ur hair."

My daughter and I got our hair washed and cut. Didn't realize how bad my hair needed a trim. We're happy with the whole experience. If you want someone genuinely friendly that will leave u with your hair feeling and looking amazing at a fair price I would book an appointment with her. My HUSBAND actually noticed lol. He works nights so I don't blame him for not noticing the little things so when he did I knew I found the right person."
