"My young child was referred here on an emergency referral for unexpected necessary prompt dental service. When I was asking the office why they needed multiple forms of insurance. I was told specifically by a receptionist named Morgan "don't talk to me like I am a child" I am not sure what her outbursts were based on she then hung up on me. I proceeded to call for the emergency appointment as well did 4 members of my daughter's family and our insurance 3x, so we could have my child seen for the emergency dental work needed. We were hung up on 5 more times. Lied to about the whereabouts of the dentist or other staff to help us. Morgan the receptionist refused to make the emergency appointment or even pass the message to the actual dentist that worked there. I have never been hung up on or treated so rudely. Especially by a medical receptionist when an appointment is for an emergency for a child. I would recommend if contacting this office to make sure you are aware of medical procedures. We had to file an emergency refusal of care complaint based upon a office staffs failure to remove themselves from the situation and attend the needs of a child in pain. WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF I have ever encountered."
