"OMG. This lady did a horrid job, barely combing my hair while yanking on it, no conditioner or anything. With tangles still in my hair, she proceeded to chop off the ends of my hair without blending it, and it was not even close to straight. I’m trying to grow out my hair to my waist, so I have a mini break down at how bad she did my hair. She also cut off to much. She did not know how to check if I was on there, so I’m assuming it was her first day. She also didn’t speak good English, so there was very little communication. My hair dresser was Asian, with shoulder length hair, glasses, and she looked a bit older. BEWARE P.s if I could give it zero stars I would."
