"This has been my place to go for the last 2 years and I love how Ceci and her mom does their job they are amazing. I have recommended them with at least 10 of my friends or even more but today I scheduled a pedicure and for the 6th time Ceci was overbook (I don’t understand how if I called to schedule my appointment) it looks like the person that answers the phone never writes down the appointments or just overbook Ceci. This is really disrespectful since I scheduled an appointment with a specific person because I love her job but you can’t just trick us to get us there and then offer the service with someone else or asked if we would Like to reschedule for another day if we schedule an appointment with a specific person is for a reason. I’m about to have a baby and I needed a foot massage so bad, I moved other appointments because when I called you gave me another time where Ceci was supposed “available”. This is so sad I really love Ceci’s and her moms job but I won’t come here anymore."

"Very nice and professional. BEAUTIFUL NAILS. Just to give a little more detail. MY natural nails are very curved and hard to get tips to glue on. The tech was patient and got them just right. My daughters nails are super tiny naturally and require additional shaping. Both techs were patient and attentive to our unique needs. We both are very happy with the results. THANK YOU!"

"Appointment was made days in advance for both my grand daughter's at 11am. We arrived at 10:50 am with 2 customers (a head of us) also waiting. We didn't get seen until 11:30. My grand daughter's mani melted off after she got out of the shower that evening. Grand daughter #1 nails look very nice. Unfortunately for #2 I was not happy at all. Talked to Kay hopefully she'll make it right. Giving them a weak 3 rating Change my review to a 1, I had to take my grand daughter's back to have both of the girls nails redone. Kay was rude to my 13 yr old told her she was impossible. Obviously I was not sitting with my grand daughter when Kay was redoing her nails. I'm upset that Kay felt the need to talk to a ( child) custom like that. Kay blamed my grand daughter for her nails popping off. Kay asked her why did she take them off..... my grand daughter said she didn't. I'm sorry that your employee did a horrible job the fist time I brought the girls in. It's not ok that you felt the need to make us wait 30min past our given appointment, It's not ok that you Kay, felt the need to make a 13 yr old very uncomfortable about a bad manicure that was given to her at your shop. It's definitely not ok that you didn't apologize or say good bye as we walked out of your shop after I spent $95, I said thank you , I got nothing from you, you didn't even look up as we walked out. We definitely will not be back....."

"I needed a color change and cuticles cut. when it comes to cuticles,they need to be cleaned almost on a weekly basis, I blame it on the genetics. anyways,i was surprised what a great job Tammy did. im so happy, and the gel polish was applied perfectly and even. and not to mention this salon is 5 minutes drive from my house, and I used o drive 20 far to a place I thought was the best.well,not anymore. I highly recommend this pretty and clean salon."

"This passed Sunday, I went to the Roseville Nail Spa. Cecelia was able to get me in. Normally I have dark "Cat Eyes" done. This time, I went out of my comfort zone for a French Manicure. Cecelia did an excellent job. I've had many compliments. The salon does all kinds of different styles of manicures. They also pamper your toes with wonderful pedicures. Call ahead for an appointment or walk-in, but it depends on how busy they are. Be sure to tell them Jacque & Ken sent you."
