"This is a very horrible place to work, I was treated so badly, I experienced harassment, I was placed into a negative work environment and I was also discriminated against my disability. I reported and followed all protocols as they tell you to do in the "ethical work compliance employee handbook" I emailed all higher authorities about this situation and nothing was done about it, instead of helping me and trying to resolve this situation they fired me on the slavery day Juneteenth June 19, 2023. The lack of empathy and unprofessionalism from this job caused me to have severe mental depression, stress, and anxiety because I lost ALL of my benefits that were needed for my family and I. AND to add insult to injury they have flagged my name in the work system and it is prohibiting me from getting any other professional career jobs. I just found out this information today from my lawyer and this is why I am just now leaving this review to aware innocent people whose lives can be affected working with BROTHERS.. this is how I know I did nothing wrong, they tried to pay me severance pay of $2500.00 on the back end to keep my mouth shut about this incident. I declined all offers."

"They don't put time when you came in, but time of appointment Took 6 hours to get loaded. From 7 am to 1 30 pm"

"Terrible place to work. Low pay. Managers yell at employees like taskmasters yell at slaves. They treat hardworking people like dirt. I worked with a guy who just left after getting chewed out for stacking a pallet too high when they were understaffed and dude was hustling. He should've gotten a raise but their loss!"

"Their printers work well but I would strongly recommend buying from a big box store. Their website is slow, their warehouse is slow (15 days to dispatch order), their “order shipped” email contains broken links which requires emailing support to get the tracking number, they added a second random charge later which I also had to contact support to remove, refunding the spurious charge took an additional 30 days to solve. I’m grateful for the support I received but the whole experience was unlike anything I’ve encountered before. Especially from a large company. I will not be using their site again."

"Empty new toner? Had multiple printers , great machines . Last set of 4 toners I bought didn't even last me 3 month. I don't print much color. After looking in to the print quantity , I got 587 prints instead of 1200 on yellow . So I go buy a new yellow toner, before putting this thing in to the printer I open up the plastic cap, look inside and there is no powder . Funny thing they got a sticker stating you should not open it up. Well I did , to find out there is nothing inside. This explains why last set of toners didn't even last me . Pictures are attached . I feel cheated. These toners are $87.00 a piece at Office Depot. $87 x 4 = $ 348.00 before tax . What am I buying, air? Will update the review if Brother makes this right. Update: have received a new cartridge. Thanks"
