I didn’t expect to have braces done in the same time as my appointment- maybe a two hour process from intake forms, exams, and the procedure! They were very kind and sweet and willing to ensure I understood everything. It was nice to know I was heard and felt cared for without being reprimanded for my lack of dental history. "This "dental facility" is insane. Like other reviewers, if I could give 0 stars I would!! We had an appointment set for my daughter for her 6 month check up for 3:30 pm. We set the appointment months in advance and chose that time so she wouldn't have to miss school. The day before the appointment I get a call saying they need to change her appointment time because they changed their hours and could no longer do everything they needed to do in the time allotted. I asked what time they changed their hours to that they couldn't do her CHECK UP and they said they were now only open until 5 pm and could only offer us a 2:30 pm appointment. So, basically they are stating their staff is so incompetent they couldn't get her check up done in an hour and a half but would need two and a half hours to do it??!! When I said that was a "them problem" and we would switch our provider if they couldn't meet the needs/appointment THEY offered us, the lady on the phone became rude and gave a lot of attitude. She didn't even say goodbye when hanging up, just hung up!! This makes two different locations we have had terrible experiences with. Can't believe they still have any clients. Just terrible all around!!!"

"The secretary was amazing. Her name is Luz and she was the only one working today, other lady left due to family emergency, and Luz totally stepped up. She was patient and efficient. She handed everyone with respect and I think she needs to be recognized. The whole staff was incredible and I will definitely recommend you guys. The only thing I didn't care for was it took 3 hours to x-ray and exam. I understand you guys are very busy but that's all I would suggest working on. Thank you and may you all have a blessed day"

"When I arrived for my appointment the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody was inside. They did not answer the phone. I called their customer service branch and they have no idea why it’s closed and say it should be open. I waited 2 months for this appointment because they closed their location in Folsom. I had to drive 30 minutes here just to turn around and go home. I am calling this location now during business hours to ask about my appointment yesterday, and nobody is answering."
