"The dentist office was able to get my daughter in right away and was very helpful when she was nervous. This was her first time in a long time. The dentist was very comforting and talked my daughter through the whole process. The front office lady was a little short when she talked to you but she did answer all my questions. Wish they explained more of what was going to happen ahead of time to ease nerves of someone who hasn’t been in a really long time. They were all kind."
"This is the most unprofessional dental office I've ever visited! The front desk lady is totally disorganized. After five months of trying to get a simple referral I'm starting to believe she may be on drugs. She "lost" my x-rays and tried to make me take more even though it had only been a few months since my last x-rays. Then when I got there the x-rays were magically found so I wasted my time. Months later still no referral and guess why? You guessed it. They can't find my x-rays AGAIN and want me to come in a third time to get more x-rays. I declined and changed to another dental office immediately. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE."
