"If I could do less than one star I would. Totally negligent. They don't look at allergies on the intake form. I repeatedly told them of an allergy onky to have they put exactly what I'm allergic to in my mouth. There was no remorse only talking down to me. Then the dentist didn't "want" to perform the work I had come in for saying "oh we do it next time"."

"Wasn't greeted at all. Basically Wasn't acknowledged! Front desk Rep had no customer service skills. I'm african american, and the staff is of asian decent so maybe there's some sort of language barrier? The staff spoke to each other in a language other than English. They didn't send out an appointment reminder either."

"My wife called in to make an appointment for my two son getting their teeth done, and they was booked for a week, but since we mentioned we need to get them examined for school, they was able to scheduled us next day in. The process was smooth, Dr.Vinh made my son felt so comfortable and was able to get his teeth done easily. Thank you for a great service."

"I hadn’t gone to a dentist in 3 years and this office accepts my new insurance (Medical). The Dentist did a great job with my two cavities, I felt no pain at all. He applied the lidocaine and they nerve numbing injection didn’t hurt at all. Then while the nerve block took effect he cleaned my teeth with an ultrasonic probe. He filled my cavities, and kept checking in with me during the procedure asking if everything was alright. I was very satisfied with his work. I definitely recommend."
