"This was the absolute worst storage. They charge extra fees and you have to pay the whole amount. The system will not let you pay what you owe, and then you get a credit taken from the next bill."

"Not one person is in the office like they should be according to the business hours posted on the door. They hang out at the Memphis Tennessee location (2) people and no longer give anytime to the newly renovated location in Southhaven Mississippi on Rasco road. I've been there since 2014, I'm done!!!!"

"Buyers Beware!!!! My husband won 2 lockers that had been up for auction, with the owner having the right to redeem before they were paid for by us. We show up and paid for the lockers he won with a money order, just as stated when the facility was called. The problems started: #1 On the auction site it states pay for the unit with a debit or credit card - that was a lie. #2 The large unit that was won was no where to be found. #3 The "manager" of this facility has no clue as to her job duties and conveniently left for vacation yesterday after stating both units were still not redeemed by their owners. We had to wait on the facility manager from the GetWell facility to come help us. I would not store my things at this facility or trust the current management of this facility. We have been doing this for several years and have never, ever had any issues like this. Upper management should start investigating what the current management of this facility is doing."

"Update: Ever since this new management, they have done some shady transactions that are not right. I have been trying to reach them and/or the facility manager at the Southaven branch to no avail. I believe they may have illegally auctioned my belongings even though I paid my monthly rate albeit late. They put a lien on it but when I paid it, hadn't sent me another notice and when I call will not answer my calls or emails, the phone cuts off before the ringer in my case. This company and their agents are full of BS. Thought this place was safe. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! 0 stars."

"I love this place! Everyone is always so nice and helpful, Leann in particular, she is always very sweet and helps the best she can. I cant tell you how many times I have dropped a check off too late in the afternoon and she stays to help me out, or how many times i have forgotten my code and she is there to refresh my memory! My unit is just the right size and I am always sure that my belongings are safe. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a unit low in price but great in quality and quality service!"
