I assume someone works there and gets paid to do so however that seems to never happen. At this point I don’t think it would to any good to speak to anyone there about the townhome because it’s blatant that they don’t want to provide any information or assistance."

"The Melisa lady ain’t sht bt a smart mouth and lov to talk bad bout darlean to otha residents dat nd to b fired. Years ago wen she came to help one manager she messd mi sis paperwork up I wil neva forget ha face. Before ms darlean it was bad real bad darlean sho us she care she helpd she walkd at nite wen no maintenance guy was there she come try to fix and buy things out of pocket gracefully she made ppl leav dt didn’t live here without security but treatd everybody tha same. Melisa tel our neighbor she can park a certain way bt it cause conflict bt darlean handle it with a letter. Teresa use to send us bad mean letters that was not professional but darlean you can tel was a writer. Police respect ha and back ha if needed. Melisa does nt treat ppl the same. She schedul a appt with my uncle at 12 and she wasn’t even there she ain’t a person of words.I have not sen darlean sinc melisa told ha business bout ha mom and we worry if she left we goin where she goin she was tha best we had. Police nd ambulance was hea last nite where big wig Melisa was at maintenance tech Octavis don’t fix stuff it break right bk down do nothing but gossip walk-in roun the property hidn from yal managers and telln office biznes. He neva brought my filters so I bought some."

So if you want information on them don’t bother calling she has nothing available and since it’s not money she obviously doesn’t want to be helpful"
