"Hygienists and dentists are great but the billing is a mess! A check from Delta Dental was signed over to the office months ago but was never credited to my account until I did all of the leg work to verify that the check had cleared the bank. I called the office and left a message, there was no return call from the office, then I called and spoke to someone in the office. They told me that they would need to look into it. I asked for a call or text following their research. A week later, I'd heard nothing and received no updated statement so I went to the office in person. Finally, they found the check, credited my account, showing the appropriate zero balance that it should be. Next I asked for copies of our latest x-rays to bring to a new dentist. I was told that they were being emailed to me. No such email has been received. I get to go to the office again tomorrow and I will remain in the office until I can verify receipt of the email with the x-rays. Billing is simple math! It is bad enough that they charge more than Delta pays, but when they cannot do accurate billing, I am done. My entire family has been going to this office for more than 20 years; no more. Save your billing statements and get receipts for everything if you intend to go to this office. Billing was an issue on at least three occasions since Dr. Ladow retired. Unacceptable!"

"Dr. Sandretti is very professional. She takes the time to explain her work while she is working on my teeth. She also gives me lots of advice on good oral hygiene, and makes recommendations for further treatment and always gives me options. She takes a conservative approach, but if something has to get taken care of right away she is right on the ball to get it done. Her office staff are very friendly and they know how to put you at ease. Kiley, Michelle, Maria and Megan are also very professional, and work together well as a team. I noticed they help each other and support each other. Dr. Sandretti has a great office practice. She has been my dentist since 2012 and I won't go to anyone else. I actually come from Arizona to have her treat me. COVID has made things tough for everyone, but they go the extra mile to make sure everyone is treated safely."
