Reviews
"I cannot say enough positive things about this office. I called in with an emergency, the day before a holiday no less. Every single person I came into contact with from front desk to the doctor himself was amazing. They got me in immediately given the circumstances, they were kind, and they did a FANTASTIC job."
"The BEST dentist I have ever been to. You are never kept waiting. The staff is very nice and professional. The hygienists are exceptionally careful and thorough. Dr. Koch is fantastic. If you are having work done, he expains what he is doing and how long each step will take. Great office that I can highly recommend."
"My family and I have been patients of Dr. Koch's for over 15+ years. Dr. Koch and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Koch is gentle to the touch and has excellent bedside manner. Couldn't ask for a better, trustworthy dentist."
"I've never felt so uncomfortable in an office in my entire LIFE! I have been to various dentists, doctors, ect. I've never had issues with paying, or insurance. For some reason, my insurance wasn't showing up for this office? (Even though I had an email saying my insurance was active.) Also, the lady that brought me in said they don't accept Delta Dental when I mentioned that's what I have. I was recommended to this office by people who have been going for multiple years and have the same dental insurance/plan I signed up for. So, I was brought in by this short, dark-haired lady with glasses. I sat myself down and she began to talk to me. After small talk, she began to ask me about my teeth. I mentioned that I had weird bumps and a receding gumline. She immediately began to ask about my coverage. I mentioned that my partner had JUST COME IN to get their teeth cleaned (less than three months ago) with the same exact insurance. She hurried off to make sure that I was actually insured. She wouldn't look at the email the insurance company sent me, she didn't ask if I wanted to pay for my cleaning in cash, she didn't ask for my insurance number. She went out of the room, saying things out loud in the office, "What kind of insurance do you have? Delta Dental doesn't pay our dentists fairly. You might want to go somewhere where you'll be covered. Let me check before we start any work." She even asked if the dental insurance we paid for was expensive. I'm sorry, but that's an extremely inappropriate question to ask ANYONE. I felt as if she handled the situation very poorly."
"I was told that my insurance is checked and they wouldn't go over the annual limit so I don't have to pay out of pocket and any left over work would roll over to the next year since I'm going there in November. They ended up doing the work in the same year and billing me over 2 thousand dollars despite insisting after each visit that my insurance covers it. When I asked them about the bill, they just blamed my insurance and took zero accountability and offered no apology. Make sure not do the same mistake with them since they're either incompetent or liars."
