"DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! Customer service sucks, that’s as nice as I can say it! They ask for things that insurance does not provide as several reps told me! After I arrive at my appointment they tell me they did t receive an approval sheet, although they have the cost sheet! They submitted this request 11/3/22 and here we are 12/7/22 and no one thought to contact a representative and inform doctor! He would not do the work, stated he is going to dis-enroll from Cigna as well he should! They are moving to Roseville, beware! I would not bring my pet Rat to Dr. Said Shaari! They deserve zero stars!"

"Dr Shaari has always been very pleasant even when he was unavailable, he reassured me that the Dr. who would be seeing me was very good and I was in good hands. Its awful to hear about all of these horrible experiences when mine were wonderful. The staff is always polite and kind. Will most definetly be coming back."

"Save your time and don't come to this office. The staff is not aware of what they should be doing. They are incompetent when it comes to scheduling, insurance, and respecting peoples time. The lady told me that the insurance would cover for the service. However, when I step out, they tell me that the insurance didn't cover everything and that I need to pay $250. I was so upset, but even worse, they charged me by the end of December, and the payment didn't went through until another month. Now, on matters to Dr. Shaari. I've never dealt with an unpleasant and unprofessional doctor like her. I was new patient and I was having my teeth cleaned. Half way through the procedure, she stops and asked me if I had insurance. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a doctor. She gave me the understanding that she is only there for the money. Don't come to this office. I would have appreciated if someone could have warn me. This office doesn't even give out proper care items like others do. This office is a joke, the staff are unprepared, and the doctor is an insult to true dentist; she is oblivious and unprofessional."

"I’m a patient at this office.Yes,it’s not a good office.After waiting months to get my teeth cleaned they called to say I need to reschedule.I rescheduled but only to be told they do cleanings on Wednesday only. Well,what about ppl that work? How is that possible? They don’t care about their patients to much because there would be more hours to do a cleaning. They don’t care about that. I will be changing my dentist real soon because they need to be more considerate to ppl that do work. I don’t recommend this office to anyone."

"This is the worst dental office we ever had been to. If you want to keep your teeth healthy, than stay away from this office. They did a filling on one of my wife's teeth and really messed it up (left a big gap between the teeth and filling was done very poorly) and when my wife returned back to ask them to redo it, the doctor complained that they will only get $15 to redo it. Come on, you should be sorry about it and do it for free and not tell the patient that now you only get paid $15 do redo it. We also had appointment scheduled and took time off from work just to get there and to find a note on the door that office is closed that day and all appointments are canceled. You would think that they will at least call you to let you know (nope, no calls, no messages, nothing), so you don't have to show up there to find out that they are closed. Seems that most of assistants in there are also so rude as well and think they are doctors and talk down to you like you are just a peace of furniture there or something. Never seen anything this in any other place. Overall, it was just a very unpleasant experience at this dental office. We try to never write negative reviews as anyone could be having a bad day, but after what we went trough with this office, we felt obligated to write this review, so others can stay away from this office and go trough this type of treatment. This office deserves to be out of business."
