"I was in Elk Grove to visit my Children. While having dinner one night I started feeling severe pain in a tooth. We took an appointment and went to Ora Implant Studio. The first impression was really good. Nicely made and pleasing to the eye. We got in at our time slot. The doctor was really knowledgeable and sounded like he knew what he was saying. We were explained everything and I went ahead with an implant. It sounded scary. But I must say it was a really good job done. I would recommend this place to everyone. The doctor and the team are really good. Economical too. Infact I did not do much survey of the cost before the procedure but did it later and found that it was fairly priced."

"A friend was visiting me from San Jose along with his father. His dad could not eat a lot of things due to his bad teeth. They were to stay with me for a week. I have had some positive experiences with Ora and heard some good things about them. My friend wanted to his dad to visit them. Fortunately we got in with an appointment. The entire process was fast. They took the scans, then the doctor had a consult with all three of us. To my friend's Dad's surprise the cost was much less than what he had come across in San Jose. He decided to go ahead with the treatment as the office looked really impressive. They even have screens (Yes, with Netflix) on ceilings for the patients to watch. The treatment was fast. He came out with the nice smile in almost no time. I would recommend this place. I interacted with a few patients sitting in the waiting area. They had come from places 3-4 hours away. This was was an encouraging fact for us. We were glad things turned out well."

"I had an appointment with Ora Denisty, which according to my call log, was scheduled on Feb 2nd. I received numerous text messages confirming my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they no longer accept my insurance. I asked why no one had contacted me. She said I should have received a letter which she handed me. I noticed that the letter was dated Feb 1st and I made the appointment on Feb 2nd. The letter states my appointment would remain as scheduled in their sister office. Since I was early for my appointment at Ora, I could easily get to their sister office for the 9am appointment. When I called that office, they told me they had no record of my appointment or my patient information. I do not live nearby. This was a very frustrating experience with this dentist office."
