"This place is horrible. My mom and little sister had an appointment here, which they stated was recommended. They came in and the receptionist was extremely rude. My mother was explaining things to the staff in Viet about my younger sister and they straight up raised their tone and gave attitude to her. My younger sister gets 3 of her teeth yanked, and she only had two teeth that were a issue and that we stated. They never informed or asked my mother if it was okay to pull the third tooth out, instead they just did it. This isn’t the first time that they’ve done that because they also did the same thing at my little sisters last appointment, they straight up pulled out another tooth without even asking my mom and with my younger sister saying that she didn’t have an issue with that tooth. The staff are horrible and take advantage of people that don’t know any better and are extremely ready to push you out once your done. My mother was still getting her teeth done as they tried rushing my younger sister (11) outside and telling her to wait there even with an empty lobby. This place isn’t in the best of neighborhoods so there should be no reason to make a child wait outside without ANY supervision, especially if there is no one in your waiting room. They tried to STILL make my younger sister wait outside after my mom told them to let her sit in the lobby until she was done and had the nerve to yell at her saying why she didn’t wait inside right after. Who does that?? In general, this place is horrible. There are some staff that are wonderful and amazing but the majority of bad staff that are always there ruin the experiences for anyone and makes the place horrible."

"I had a wonderful experience with this dental office. The staff were very friendly and professional. The Dentist Dr.Nghiem was so sweet to me. I was so scared and he patiently explained everything to me and was just very nice. Everyone there was nice I had a great experience. Reading these reviews had me scared but I had a great experience and will be going back next week. I would recommend this business to my family and friends."

"Horrible service, probably one of the worst I've ever received. Two family members went in for a cleaning and they both came out after 5-10 minutes. They both said they felt extremely rushed and the staff were extremely rude. The staff speak vietnamese and chinese and just talk badly about people the entire time; you can hear it all from the reception room. I was asking a few questions for a possible procedure for myself and the lady started yelling at me. I first asked if my insurance covered for regular cleaning and she took my card and rushed the insurance check, rudely sliding it back to me saying "You're not covered here." I was shocked and then proceded to ask about a different procedure that is cosmetic. Cosmetic procedures are not covered but before I could finish my question she kept yelling "You're not insured here! You have to go elsewhere!" She kept yelling that the procedure won't be covered by insurance and I kept stating that I understand. I just wanted an estimation for the procedure. After saying this 3 times and finally talking over her that I am indeed going to pay out of pocket, she completely changed her attitude. She become very nice, her tone became softer, and very accommodating. She left to get one of the head dentists but by that point my whole family was tired and just left. By far, the rudest people I have ever met."

"I am totally blown away by this place! I was expecting the worst given the neighborhood and some reviews I'd read. Yes they were busy and no nonsense but NEVER rude or uncaring. I was seen even though they couldn't find my insurance verification. Dr. Nghiem was very kind and explained everything he was doing. He treated me as though I was his own kid. The receptionist was slammed with the phone and patients at the desk. Somehow she handled it all with a smile on her face. Even the lady who came in and was pissed off because they didn't speak her dialect of Chinese was told NO nicely the 10th time she asked. Come on, I'd have stopped smiling by then. Kudos to this dentist office."

"This office looked very clean and nice. The staff are very professional and attended to my daughter's needs right away on the same day without having to make an appointment ahead of time which was very convenient for me because my daughter's tooth was hurting her really bad. This was the first time my daughter's been to a dentist so she was very nervous but when we arrived, the staff was very welcoming and was able to reassured my daughter that everything was going to alright. After my daughter was done, the dentist gave my daughter travel size pouch that had a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, scope, and much more. The dentist even gave me and my husband one even though we didn't see the Dentist! Great environment for children and definitely will be coming back in a couple months for my cleanings!"
