"My date of service was 10/31. ER root canal! It started the Saturday previous in the earlier am. It’s a tooth my general dentist touched with a filling which was a 50/50. I called, got the same day appt. My dentist, Cromeyer Dental, who did all the leg work and let me just say, I absolutely hate tooth pain… i have a bad back and have anxiety. With all Of that, Dr. Wong and his staff was very accommodating to my needs on a few breaks and all the discomfort associated with this type of work. My roots are very long and curved AND i am high tolerance to pain so, im high maintenance so, they did a wonderful job! Kudos to this office!!!!"

"For a root canal, I've got to say I had a very good experience overall, which is saying a lot. I was referred by my dentist in West Sac (Dr. Gordon Lee) and they were scheduled out a couple weeks, but I got on the schedule. Showed up on time, staff was helpful, pleasant, I filled out the first time patient forms and I was invited to the comfy chair about 5 minutes later. The gal assisting was awesome, genuine and handled all the before, during, and after care and was informative and nice. Dr. Wong was great, patient, soft-spoken, kept me informed throughout and handled the deal. No pain at all, just some discomfort from having my mouth open for probably almost an hour-but they even worked to minimize my discomfort. This was a much better experience than I had many years ago for a previous root canal in the Bay Area that stuck with me. Thank you guys!"

"INTRODUCTION: I fully trust Dr. Timothy Wong. He did a root canal on a problem tooth in 2008 and that tooth is still fine today. MY STORY: My dentist quit and sold his clientele list to another dentist in the region. In mid 2008 that new interim dentist diagnosed that a root canal was all that was needed for a problem tooth. Then he abruptly changed his mind and decided that he wanted to pull the infected tooth and put in a $3,000.00 false implanted tooth. He next requested that I go to his endodontist buddy a half-block away for a supportive second which would help him justify the more expensive work with my dental insurance program. That endodontist read my dentists opinion and concurred that the tooth couldn’t be saved. Immediately after seeing that endodontist, I decided to stop by a friend’s office in the area for a visit. The friend happened to be one of my attorney friends who had worked for years in the dental field prior to next becoming an attorney. In our chit-chat conversation I happened to mention my current dental dilemma and asked for her opinion. She also felt that I needed to try to save that tooth. I emailed my dentist and told him that I had been discussing my situation with an attorney friend who had formerly been in the dental field for many years. I said my attorney friend was also very concerned about the questionable diagnosis of my dentist and his cohort/endodontist friend. That (former) dentist became extremely alarmed and immediately gave me a 30-day termination notice. I discussed this later with my attorney friend who said that when you tell your doctor or dentist that you are consulting with an attorney about their proposed procedures they generally become rather alarmed (hah)! I next went to an honest long-term dentist friend. He looked at my tooth and diagnosed that only a root canal was needed. I then informed him of the evaluation of the much younger (interim/former) dentist. He looked again and said there was absolutely no reason to pull that tooth. CONCLUSION: It is good to have a dentist and endodontist who you can trust to only do that work which is actually needed and do it correctly. SUMMARY: I personally thank Dr. Wong for accomplishing this difficult and tedious root canal procedure on two of my teeth to date. I am now a patient of another dentist who bought out the practice where I have been going since 2008. He personally uses Dr. Wong for his own root canal work. He too feels Dr. Wong is top notch."

"I needed a root canal and my dentist was booked for the whole week so she referred me to root canal specialists in this office. My dentist's office was kind enough to call them and make an appointment for root canal for the next day. when I went there they made me wait on the chair for 45 min and after examination they gave me the expert advice that I have three ways to go. 1- do the root canal 2- pull it out 3 - "LIVE WITH IT" and they charged my insurance $147 for the amazing consulting that they did. When I asked them if we can do the root canal today their answer was "NO, it is two hours procedure which you need to make an appointment for" .... The interesting thing is my own dentist told them specifically that I need root canal and it is an urgent matter . It seems they were just trying to get the patient to their office, and it doesn't matter if they can provide any service or not."
