"Do NOT get free lifetime retainers!!! It’s a scam. I purchased the lifetime retainers and had my first two free. I recently lost my retainers and made an appointment. I was told since I “graduated” whatever that means, I had to pay an office visit of $130 and $20 per retainer!!!! At first I was told the $130 was to pull up my records! Which is it??? To pull up my records or a mandatory office visit! Again, this is a scam!"
