"The Love that I have for the staff at Alce dental is unmatched! From the first phone call I made to the office, Ms. Teresa has been a true Gem. I stated that I had dental anxiety issues and needed to get a lot of work done. Not only did she match me up with the best Dentist ever Dr.Rios, She also made the staff aware of my concerns which they calmed my fears. Over a 8 month period I had my Beautiful smile restored. On my Birthday last July Teresa and the staff gave me a bouquet of flowers at my appointment. I referred all of family & friends to Dr Rios because of the quality of work he preforms as well as the compassionate staff. You’ll never go wrong with Dr. Rios & tell them Brown Suga sent you ☺️"
"Dr Rios- he is really sweet not real talkative but was really gentle and worried whether I was hurting or not. Even gave me extra a shot of extra numbness stuff when it did hurt. Getting appts is super easy and everyone tried hard to be helpful. I am looking forward to going back."

"Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for my apt before they made it clear apts don’t matter. I tried talking to the lady at the front desk (politely) and she nearly shouted back “what do you want me to do about it?” Based on other reviews this is standard for them. EDIT: The dentist asked me to leave them a nicer review. Today, I came back in hopes of better service. They only managed to get worse! Currently sitting and staring at a wall over 1hr past my apt time. The dentist instructed the hygienist to polish my teeth before he cleaned them to save time. Over an hour an all they’ve managed is to numb half my mouth, back track on the work they’re willing to do, and polish my teeth without cleaning them first. To be fair the dentist was polite and apologetic of the delays. It did however make me uncomfortable to be asked to leave a nicer review after all this. Not to mention the office itself is not in great condition. Cracks between the floor and wall, stained equipment, and the chair wobbles if your weight shifts in the slightest. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only option (like mine)."
