"Southwind lake are horrible apartments and I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. I drive a Dodge Charger and the 2nd week within me staying into the apartments my rearview mirror was stolen along with my tag. My refrigerator would always go out, leaving my food spoil. My hot water tank would always leak leaving my carpet soaking wet. Honestly you're really paying those overcharged rent prices for the view of the apartment because inside was horrible. When I first moved in I notice mildew paint on the walls, tub was filthy etc. I could no longer take it so I moved within a year prior to me staying. I moved out the following month I paid rent, they put me down for eviction so I couldn’t get my deposit back…my deposit was $1200. I have receipts showing I was no longer there the following next month. I paid rent for the month I left and they still put me down for eviction so I couldn’t receive my deposit back. These apartments looks luxury but old and out of style in the inside and is not worth dam near $800 a month. Please proceed with caution when looking into these apartments please."

"Absolutely happy to have lived here for last 2 years, and just renewed for a third! Office staff is amazing, maintenance has always been really quick to solve any issues we have had. Has a playground, a pool, adjacent to a children's private school. Prices are incredible. They also have government housing, based on income. Check em out!"

"I read a lot of reviews about customer service and attitudes but each and every time I go in or call they’re always very pleasant people. It’s rarely any availability though but when I attempted on last week she said it was some however they’re no longer accepting Sec8 vouchers. I’ve tried for nearly a year with constant stopping by and calling and finally thought I would be able to get in due to my daughter going to school nearby and my job nearby but can’t because I’m a Mha participant."

"I've lived here going on 4 years now. The office staff is very professional and helpful. I always receive great customer service. The property is always kept clean. I never had an issue with them fixing any problems I have, and they do it in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is respectful and does their jobs. Rent is a reasonable price. I really enjoy living here and plan to renew my lease again."
