My MIL was nervous because she hadn't been to a salon in many, many years, and I was also nervous because it had been a couple of years for me as well. But Olena was so sweet, and she let us know exactly what could and could not be done with our hair. She took such care and made such an effort with our hair to make sure we both loved it, I literally barely noticed that there was a language barrier. We both got a full head of highlights, and she was fast but proficient. Signature is our new salon, and we are so happy with our new looks!"

"Scheduled a cut and highlights, went in and showed the lady the photo of how i want it. Got my haircut her but she forgot about the highlights so she worked on bleaching my hair. Once she was done, I mentioned that my hair was brassy and she basically told me "it's because your hair is too dark" and said I'll need to use purple shampoo. Came home with brassy green hair. (2 picture of of my hair and what I showed the lady) forgot the name but she was older."
