"Water stop working on 12/23/22 and no one from the office has retuned a call and no Maintenance man has came 12/24/22 water running out the walls from the Neighbors apartment still no one will come out or answer the emergency line sad!!!"

"Has a lot of car and home break ins. No security only live there for less than a year. Will not stay anywhere that continues to prove to be an unsafe environment."

"Horrible place to stay there's alot of nighttime drama mess that goes on. I was excited to leave. A dead body was pulled from the lake on the back side of the property at the beginning of 2021. The power goes out alot in this area (power surges). And the went up on the rent. NOT WORTH the money."

"Management won't respond to neighbor loud thumping and child running up and down stairs.made a misstate coming here .if your looking for peace and quiet DONT COME HERE. Also very poor lighting in parking areas.cars are constantly getting broken into"

"Gwen the lady in the office is very rude!!! The property is poorly managed. The old Office manager Michelle was always nice and professional. These new ppl are terrible!!! I’ve been here 10 years. Never once been late nor missed a payment. I need to speak with the owner Gary. They will not give me his info. If anyone know his info. Please let me know. He should know his staff is rude and causing ppl to speak ill of his apartments because of his staff. I know he cares because in the past he have gotten rid of the bad seeds. A lovely place to live but the office staff is out of order."
