"They are money hungry!!! I have to pay 210 dollars for a hole at the bottom of a wall. It doesn’t cost over 200 dollars to fix a WALL. On top of that I just received a letter stating that I have to pay the amount 2 and a half weeks ago and Zakkiyah, already reported it to a debt collector agency, when it hasn’t been over 90 days. I wasn’t notified at all until 2 and a half weeks ago. Those apartments are so old and not worth the amount they charge to fix anything. All they do is paint over it and call it a day! Also, my car got stolen by kids over there and every since that day it felt like I had to pay for something that was done to me I was in that apartment 5 years and NEVER been to the office that much. I can’t count on my hand, I lost count! It’s like they started picking on me cause I got the police involved they lied like the cameras worked but told police they didn’t work. Smh that’s exactly why I had to LEAVEEEE!!!"
"It's ok but I will not live there."
"Thinking and waiting to have a place to call hone again quiet and private. The environment I like and my friend has a very unique advantage about she as referred me to apply hope to hear from them soon. Am very unique sorry for and smart."
"The apartments are infested with bedbugs. When I moved into my apartment my living room furniture was brand new. Well shortly after moving in I noticed a small bug. When I found out they were bedbugs I went to the apartment manager. We started treatments to get rid of the problem but it only made it worse. * I had treatments from the time I moved in til the time I moved out and I was there for a couple years so you could only imagine my frustration. My apartment manager (Nancy) accused me of bringing them with me but that's impossible being that I didn't have them before and that my furniture was new. She then argued that clothing and furniture stores were being shut down due to bed bug infestation (that was a lie). So then I called the news and the reporter said if I could find others in the same situation they could air it. Not to my surprise almost all of the units had the same problem as me. Almost all of them were moved into a infested apartments. There were also break is and other problems as well. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here."
"I worked there with a horrible company called global security,, kids are very disrespectful and top of that the slow property manger does nothing about it when they get written up.. Hated it,,"
