"Leasing staff is awesome but that is all! Maintenance sucks! I've been without cold water in my master bathroom for 2 months. Haven't been able to wash clothes either. Keep getting lied to about the dates that they'll come fix things and no follow up afterwards. I've called and been to the office multiple times and still no resolve. Hopefully this review will put some fire up under them because obviously nothing else has. I'm going to Corporate soon. This is the worst apartment experience I've ever had in my 30 years of living. Only gave 1 start because it made me."

"I stopped by here to inquire about a 3bedroom. I was impressed on how nice the office looked but even more blown away from the friendly knowledgeable staff. Ms. Tangela was amazing. She took her time with explaining everything to me and was very transparent on what will and will not be tolerated at the property. With crime so high in Memphis in general, her “laying down the law” up front made me more comfortable to proceed with applying here because I could tell she wouldn’t except craziness on site. This was one of the best experiences I have had with visiting apartments and can’t wait to move in! Keep being an awesome staff! It makes a difference!!"

"I can say that it’s has been a great experience for me living here. Everyone in the leasing office is understanding and very friendly. I was able to handle my issues 30 min after they were closed. They still treated me with opened arms. Ms. Angela , Ms. Rubi, Ms. Tangie, and Ms. Jones are the best. All laugh and smiles whenever I come into the office. I truly appreciate their hard work. Most issues I bring to them gets handled. I respect their honesty and I enjoy the great customer service they always give."

"Looking into moving into an apartment here. Arrived literally at closing and they didn't turn me around (might I add it was the Saturday before New Year's eve so i know she was ready to go). Tangela has the greatest personality and sense of humor...and makes you feel welcomed there. She answered every question i had and went as far as to show me to an apartment with the same floor plan i was looking for. She definitely went above and beyond. I even spoke to a few of the residents, and by few i mean 6 different people. I think it'll be a nice place."
