"I’m writing a review to share my sister’s experience as a tenant here at Velo. They don’t care about their tenants and only care about money. They have weekly car break ins and their gate was suppose to be put in months ago."

"They only care about money and not the wellness of their own tenants. My sister was sent an eviction notice after being a VICTIM of vandalism by one of their other tenants. Instead of resolving the matter in a justly matter. They decided to evict my sister after she voiced her injustice in a review. HORRIBLE manners and I wouldn’t live here because of the car break ins and lack of security that i heard from my sister on a weekly basis"

"Cost a lot but they don’t care about the safety of others only the money they’re getting out of us. Whoever is running it is petty. Don’t even feel like coming home and can’t break this lease.."

"A very pretty prison. The minimum Lease terms are outrageously long and to break that lease cost a small fortune. Then after paying a massive amount to finally get out they still try to nickel and dime you on all other small expenses."
