"-5 stars/DON'T DO IT! walls thin as as paper you can hear the bees buzzing while they're outside. INFESTATION OF ROACHES literally everywhere which don't get treated for. ONE old maintenance man that they're working to death. Building just super old, one of the sockets in the room caught on fire! yes on fire while my kid was in there. Carpet filthy doesn't matter how many times you clean. Electricity through the apt is just trash, the lights and half the sockets don't even work but they expect you to pay rent for an apt that is f'd up and not worth living in they don't do nothing! Oh not to mention there are several leaks in one of the rooms and hallway which our items are ruined.Door knob on back door has broken off and all we were told was "sorry we dont have maintenance at the moment"... walk ways/sidewalks is just done for, grass never cut and IF they do cut it, grass is left everywhere just UGLY SCENERY. Raccoon problem in the dumpsters, its just so junky through the complex. Don't ever move here take your money elsewhere."

"Hello!!! I’m a new resident!!! I would give ten stars but they don’t have it on here lol. When I came to apply, I was distraught from getting denied from other property management and companies. I came in with a positive attitude,I smiled and asked if there was anything available. The property manager was sooooooo polite,kind and loving,which made me feel much better and confident to apply. Long story short, I applied and got the apartment. Omg I so love her. She’s definitely into helping others,making sure we’re safe and well. I would recommend her to everyone that’s eligible. It’s quite here,and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I love my apartment!!!! And I’m so happy I made a great choice to move here. A big relief off of my shoulders,thanks to The Property Management!!!!!!!!"

"The New Management has done a complete transformation with this complex: I moved in with the original owner & the original reviews were accurate. I couldn’t wait to pack up & get out. However: I am resigning my lease ONLY because of the New Management. They have Great Communication- Pest Control-ONLINE PAYMENT Options-ON SITE MAINTENANCE- (Wear uniforms so you know exactly who they are) -Up & running laundry facility-.Any Changes or updates are always communicated at least week before they go into effect. They didn’t increase the rent prices on us(current tenants) when they took over. It was a smooth and pleasant transition. If you’re searching for something clean quiet and affordable- I would them a chance."

"My experience here has been great so far. theA few times the toilet has run over but other than that I have no issues. The people that are over the property now are good people overall. I've seen them working with people who should have been gone along time ago. Although the trash does get filled and sometimes overflows the maintenance men get out there and they clean this property up. If anything they should get another trash can and should charge a fee/fine for damaged blinds it throws the whole property off ijs. No complaints on my end so far."
