"Literally the worst apartment cant wait until my lease is over they have the worst attitude, their customer service is 0, there are roaches on a daily, smells like weed, rent just goes up but nothing improves for the amount we pay it shouldn’t be like this. Definitely don’t recommended"

"If i could i would give this place 0 stars its the worst place to live might as well live in motel 6 the way the staff has the worst attitude, not cooperative, never responds to emergencies but responds to the faults quicker and there is no sense of understanding or common sense and it has gotten worse and worse because of the unstable management, Rent goes up every now and then instead of fixing anything or making it feel like a home they just make you feel miserable, the gates are broken and i witnessed a car break in due to the gates being broken and anyone being able to come in and out which is very unsafe too and its full of potholes that never gets fixed, smells like weed everyday, you will find roaches on a daily and when you tell them they’ll tell you they cant do anything about it, there is at least one person moving out a day half the building is empty which is not surprising with the way this place is , please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!"

"Lived there for 3 years and recently moved out of #9774. The staff was/is always friendly and the maintenance is prompt. Definitely a good choice for a family."

"This place is horrible avoid it at all cost the apartment are never clean there is dog poop everywhere, it smells like weed all the time and their maintenance is the worst. You are better of fixing it yourself they come and leave it worse that it is which is crazy. There are a lot of better apartments for the money. Took them over a week to fix a clogged toilet that filled the bathroom for over two weeks. This will be the worse decision you will make if you decide to live here plus a lot of long time residents are moving out because of how bad it has gotten and I am next. Lived here for years and it was livable now it’s horrible. Add some money if you have to and move somewhere else."

"I recently reported a kitchen leak over the weekend which required emergency maintenance to come out. The on-call tech was able to do a temporary fix because he stated that the job would require 2 people. So he left a message with my property maintenance manager, Darryl, so he could fully assess the situation. Darryl came by on Monday and began working on the leak. He was able to get the job done by himself and it only took about an hour. I'm so pleased with the service I received. I think we have some of the best maintenance guys on staff."
