"Management is not concerned about the tenets safety. They advertise that the property is under surveillance but there are no cameras. My apartment got broken into twice and they did not do anything about it. All they were concerned about was getting my rent money. Both of my bathroom ceilings were leaking about to fall in ruining a lot of my personal items and maintenance never fixed it. I would rate them zero stars, I would not recommend living here unless you like living around thieves and hoodlums."

"When I first moved here it was beautiful and peaceful. Now it's something out of a horror movie! My kitchen ceiling has been leaking for over 2 months, my bedroom ceiling busted due to water leaking. Now we have a roach problem. Than not to mention the drug activity.... huh this is truly a nightmare. The office or management company does nothing but collect money. They don't fix ANYTHING! I'm so glad my lease is almost over. I'll never rent from multi-south AGAIN!"

"Having the worst experience ever. First of all I was suppose to move in my apartment on the first that didn't happen I received my keys did a walk through no light on big hole under the air unit in the hall big enough for my 10 month old to climb in, tubs full of rust toilet full of rust and continues to run water patio storage door has no lock on it patio shutters tore off which exposes the balcony area I asked for everything to be fixed before I moved in she said give them until Wednesday which was last week because I couldn't be there when they resurfaced the tubs. Never happened it's still the same nothing has been fixed. Went to Mlgw on friday June 2 couldn't get light on because apartment hadn't been inspected long story short I was just able to get the lights on Wednesday June 2 but nothing in the apartment has been fixed no one has did anything. It's so frustrating because I suppose to move in tomorrow June 10. I'm going to work on canceling this lease and find somewhere else because obviously getting the apartment ready to move in is not a necessity to them. And oh the pipes keep running white stuff out of them I let the water run for hours when I stopped by and today white stuff is still coming from the water pipes. I'm so over these apartments already I need a full refund on my deposit and move in fee"

"November 9,2015 I submitted an appication and got approved. Before I gave them any money I explained that I did not want to move in the back and if they don't have any in the middle or front I won't give them my money for an application. Star assured me that she had some in the middle. I did my application and paid my deposit only to be given an apartment in the back where no other tenants live and the whole building except for the unit they were trying to give me is molded!!! I deserve my application fee along with my deposit back. The building has been in that same condition since I worked there in 2007-2008. Its ridiculous!!!"
