"The Concourse is a great place to live. The apartments are well designed. There is a great community spirit. Restaurants, novelty food, entertainment, health care and the YMCA are only a few floors down the elevator. If you need maintenance, the staff is always very responsive. And, pets are welcome. Just remember to police your dog's poop!"

"I moved here over a year ago, and while it is expensive, it has been a great experience being part of the Crosstown community. We knew that it would be hectic with the construction and lots of new business tenants, but living in an "industrial village" far outweighs some of those minor inconveniences. We love being able to go out within our own building and do something different every night. French Truck Coffee/Bar, Next Door, Farm Burger, Elemento and Crosstown Brewery are some of our favorite spots. We recently rescued a dog, and he has loved his time in the building and at the Crosstown dog park as well. The Parcels staff has always been extremely helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns we have, and they are consistently trying to make living in Crosstown easier and more enjoyable."
