"(We’ve been staying here since 2016 and management has changed several times)Our mobile home needs both bathtubs replaced as well as porch/steps replaced and black mold in bathrooms oh and our rent is increasing! Why do landlords increase rent but not do any upgrades? We spoke with management and the only solution was to move to another unit and we would have to pay an additional deposit? Heck no! There is a newly erected park a few minutes down the street and we’ll be moving soon as they have units available!"
