"I went to get a root canal. I knew ahead of time that the dentist that would do the root canal wasn't a specialist and I went anyway. I am a friendly and talkative person. I was very concerned about my right jaw, which was the side the root canal would be done. I have TMJ but it wasn't a problem for a long time. But for some reason it has really been acting up and I can feel my jaw move around and get slightly off track. When I asked him about it he told me that he would put a thing to rest my jaw on. Then I asked how long it would be, I don't know why I asked to be honest I was just so concerned that something would go wrong with my jaw. He suddenly got up and yelled get up, get up you are not ready you need to leave. I was absolutely shocked!! I said what is wrong what is the problem. He wouldn't say and kept yelling that he wasn't a specialist and that is why it would take longer because he wanted to do a good job. I just left shaking.....I then left and parked in their parking lot went online and googled an endodontist and it took me to Western Dental. I called and found that they accepted my insurance and was in Citrus Heights and closer to my house off sunrise ave., and they had an endodontist on staff. I only had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I was glad he showed his true colors because it seemed he was nervous and why he acted out like that."

"Wanted to find a dentist near me. Pulled up to the location and the sign was missing a letter. I thought maybe they were in the process of getting that replaced and went in anyways. Why was the receptionist wearing those waffle leggings that leave nothing to the imagination? Then the girl who polished my teeth started to floss my teeth, and for whatever reason, wasn't able to pull the floss back up between my teeth, never had a problem with that before, and finished flossing the rest of my teeth by pulling the entire piece of floss out the other side of each tooth. Weird!"

"This dental place is the worse place you can go through, they are Russian people who are sneaky they will take your money and do faulty work. Please be aware of this dentist place and hold them accountable for anything they have done. They got my authorization for over a month without notifying me that my root canal and crown was approved through my insurance. They did not notify me, the communication is bad with this office they are sneaky. They can’t do electronic prescriptions because they was caught doing fraudulent activities which is why you have to pickup a prescription from their office. Be aware of all the Russians working here they don’t understand English they will mess your tooth up and leave you in pain. This dental office is the worse office I’ve been to and I will hold them accountable!!"

"This is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to! I struggled for a year to find someone who can do a complicated root canal and he was able to do it for me. He did an amazing job and he made sure I was comfortable. I have anxiety as do many of us, but he is soooo sweet and attentive. He will make you feel relaxed. I went back for my crown a few weeks later and he made sure everything was perfect! I drove 5 hours to get this done and now I think I will make him my regular dentist. Well worth the drive!! I’m so happy I found him"
