"This location would be five stars, Western Dental as a whole is the reason for the mark down. I was unable to schedule the correct kind of appointment or at the location I wanted - this was a fault of the customer service rep. at the call center. I got this location instead of the one I wanted, with the wrong appointment type, so my problem wasn't dealt with... However, this location had a very professional doctor who knew exactly what she was looking at, it was obvious expertise in her hands as she was both gentle and confident. She had advice and recommendations to remove any confusion and provide me with hope for a future solution. I am glad I went to this location, although from outside the location is in a difficult part of town, they do well to keep it clean inside and well staffed. Again, it is 5/5 for this location/staff but Western Dental has some issues internally. Also, my appointment was at 3, I arrived 20 minutes early(at 240) yet I wasn't seen until 340. The front desk has to put up with a lot of rude customers, so they are a bit brittle. It kind of made for a confusing time at first but it seems they put up with a lot of pushy or aggressive people and so you need to be a little more direct to get any communication. They were polite, considering the circumstances. It's a difficult are of city. My advice, do not call to make an appointment (via call center) just go in to the location and ask some questions, get an appointment there. You will be a happy customer then...I'm really pissed but it was at no fault of this location or this staff, who were all excellent."

"The worst Dentist I've ever been to. I was a patient there for almost a year and nothing was done that I came for. I wanted to get a denture and like 4 teeth extraction, it was like 5 months and still nothing was done. The dentist comes in only once a month, I would get the appointment for the extractions and the receptionist would say " your here for a check-up"? Waiting a month for a appointment and being told the dentist was not in or I couldn't be seen was so disappointing and I lost so many days of work due to appointments that I wasn't seen . when I finally got the dentist to do the extractions, he kept injecting me with so called Novocaine that wasn't numbing me at all, and he was going to perform pulling my teeth. I told him I still could feel everything and he said No, your number. (?) Wow! So UN- Professional and the staff was so rude. This place is a joke! Don't go there!"

"They have been VERY kind to me at this specific office on Florin. I would recommend to anyone looking for good quality work done with a smile and an encouraging word to go along with it. This is my spot now; I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were you."

"FLORIN WESTERN DENTAL IS A JOKE!! This is The Worst Experience that me and my daughter received, not only were the females not experienced on how to run the front the staff was horrible and unprofessional, saying my daughter had no coverage then my insurance faxed them that she was covered they had nothing to say cause there lazy, and didn’t look into correctly!! so I stayed on the phone with insurance all morning then when we got her screening finally done they said she wasn’t covered and yet again proved them wrong that she did!! One staff member went as low and started an altercation with me!! Literally trying to fight because they don’t even know how to act or conduct them selfs in a professional manner!! They don’t even deserve any stars!! Shame on that Facility!!"
