"Not worth the rent sorry apartment manager won’t even fix the washer been out for 3 weeks but harassing about a day late rent lied about ordering washer and dryer when Home Depot warehouse and store is right off of Goodman road and by law it’s supposed to be fixed in 14 days"

"The only things decent in these apartments are the landscaping and the street view, literally! The gates are ALWAYS broken and open! Drive through any day of the week or month you'll see for yourself. You're paying for a gated community, which is in your lease. Beware....you are not going to get it at Civic Center Apartments! High traffic drives through the complex. Safety is a concern. The owners /management have a lack of concern or urgency to repair! Outdated appliances in "supposely" updated appliance apartment. If you decide to view an apartment, check out your washer and dryer, your hardware in the sink, tub, the light switches, your stove, carpet, and the old outdated short toddler toilets. Do Not make your decision based on the model apartment, although it has the toddler /short toilet as well. Make your decision on the apartment you will actually be in. People hang out on the stairs! Noise level is a nusiance "after" hours! Maintenance is slow to respond! They ride around, pretending they're busy. Civic Center Apartments are poorly made; no insulation at all! Mold build-up on the outside brick of some apartments! There are an infestation of lizards on the property!! The breezways are awful during the spring/summer months, infested with lizards! They will get inside your apartment if not careful! This apartment community itself has gone downhill over the last couple of years. Office staff are not honest about certain things before a move in. Understand they're meeting a quota and filling certain buildings with certain individuals. Make these apartments your absolute last result to consider or not consider! Do not allow the smiles in the office to fool you into signing a lease! Make sure to read all the reviews, especially the newest comments. Update, Samantha do not like to deal with residents she sits in the back office mostly. Alicia never smiles and rude. Make these apartments your absolute last choice!"

"Maintenance is amazing they fast and do the work well. Chicago the maintenance guy is super funny and he always makes us smile and hangs with us. The pool is nice and relaxing and it’s super fun to chill there."

"This place is the worst apartment company I’ve ever rented from. The managers working in the office are lazy and spiteful. The Regional manager is no better. Full Pass on this place if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble. The maintenance department is dismal and if you have an AC outage or your heat quits working don’t even bother calling for help, no one will call you back and no one will show up. We’ve been here a year and still haven’t gotten our AC or Heat fixed. Glad our lease is up!"
