She was so professional and made moving in a breeze. Plus, the apartment + the community is beautiful & safe. Thank you!"

"I’m not sure if those who say this apartment is good are real persons! Are you kidding me? Five stars???? 1. Fuse constantly blows up upon turning on the microwave and the apartment has a very poor electricity system. 2. Around the dumpster is always full of trash and manager does not do anything. 3. Manager do not care about your problems at all! 4. This complex does not worth the rental fee. You need to pay a lot for electricity as there are a lot of holes around air conditioner and window so, in the summer, it gets warm despite turning the AC on and in the winter it gets toooooo cold! 4. Manager will say you a lot of good things to rent this apartment but she does not fulfill any of her promises. They said refer a friend and get $500 discount on your next month’s rental fee. And after 2 months of constantly talking to her, she says you can get only $ 200-250 upon approval."

"There is no security inside this complex. My grocery purchase (2 bags) were inside the complex(where only residents can be present) and were stolen. I asked the management to check the security camera and they said they can not do anything!!!! Manager is not responding to any problem they only listen to you but do not do anything! I do not recommend this studio at all. One star is more than enough for this terrible situation."

"I cannot emphasize enough, do NOT stay here. After staying one night here, I knew I had had made a terrible decision. My duration at the complex was accompanied by terrible management that avoids calls, is not trustworthy and not helpful. Now that I have moved out, I have not received my deposit and am receiving the run around about who to get into contact with. Please do yourself a favor and look far elsewhere."
