She is an asset to this company. She is a wonderful leasing agent. You will not be disappointed with her service. Antonio is also a very kind and comforting employee. I only spoke with him once. I gave three stars because of PREVIOUS experiences and the GATE that’s never closed, which has nothing to do with Ndia and Antonio."

"I had to edit my previous review & let it be known about my experience.I just relocated to Memphis, Tennessee through my employer. Not wanting to reside in Memphis,I was told that South Haven was a nice area,safe & quite. I called looking for an apartment. India was professional and courteous and has outstanding customer skills. When I had my initial appointment with Todd,I arrived early even took off of work early. To say the least I wasn't able to get a tour of available unit this is something to address with management.I continue to interact with Todd even after the situation which was a bad judgement call on my end. When I was unable to reach Todd. I was in contact with India again she was informative,give detail explanations of the process to move in. When it came to my initial move in date of the 22nd it was disaster I never had move in experience like this. My lease consultant Todd and I did a walkthrough of the unit. There wasn't a microwave,the stovetop wasn't ready me to use. Totally unacceptable Todd wanted me to mark ok on the check list of things which I wasn't comfortable with. I noted the issues I seen on the checklist. Todd stated that he'd put in a work order and not to worry. In my opinion he wasn't on his job. A walkthrough should have been conducted prior to my move in date. The other option would to be switch units which I was fine with. I did a fall up call the following day spoke with India. I explained to her what happened on move in. She apologized for my experience. I requested to strictly deal with her. She took ownership and accountability resured me this matters will be handled. If you choose to be a resident at North Creek Apartments ask for India"

"Mrs. Ndia made sure my approval and move in was smooth. She made me feel welcome an help me every step of the way, when she was off her coworker Todd was also very helpful and nice. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is quite."

"Love the management team, but if i could give more stars to Ndia, I would. I was in the process of relocating and through every hurdle, Ndia was not only available, but handled any issue I had. I've stayed a building away from management at my old apartments and could not even get in touch with them at times. Ndia has went above and beyond in my eyes, and has definitely made me feel not only welcome at the residence, but made it feel somewhere i could call home."

"We moved in the month of July and Dewanda Brown has been excellent with us. She is nice and professional. She will work with you when you need help. The property is clean and quiet, which is a plus. Every neighbor I've met so far are really nice and friendly as well."
