"Denti cal patients beware, especially for procedures not covered by denti cal. Very expensive for out of pocket costs. Staff and upper management were unwilling to budge on codes that are covered benefits by denti cal. The dental work I had done so far is just ok. I'm still in immense pain and these are the teeth they already provided services for. I came in on a referral for 3 or 4 root canals. I was recently scheduled for 1 and told I needed to pay upfront before the scheduled root canal. $200 for a ct scan plus $800 for a gingivectomy (I was originally quoted $200) and an additional $800 for a crown lengthening which I was told by denti cal recently it was included in the crown benefit. That's $1800 for 1 root canal? And I need about 3 more!! Kinda hard to cover those costs on denti cal."
"Best people work here! Best service in a whole wide world! Clean and comfortable office. I have been coming here for years, I have always been treated nicely, politely, with love and care and good sense of humor by each staff member. If this place was a coffee shop I would hangout there every day because of the staff, but because it is dentists office I can only go there every three months. I used to be scared of dentist because childhood trauma, but this place changed me. Because of the service of this specific office I walk always with big white smile on my face and straight teeth that I got with their amazing Invisalign service. There is no words kind enough that I can say to show my appreciation for these people working on this Eureka Dental office in West Sac. Thank you for everything you have done for me."
