"Current attendant for four months moved in without refrigerator brought one it went out. Than bath tub was bagged up and alone with the stove don’t work and been without air for two months just pitiful. Can’t wait to move."

"Current tenant and I've lived in one of their properties for 2 years now. Every winter so far there has been a ladybug infestation inside the apartment and as soon as it starts to warm up there is a wasp problem on the outside. There is a nest somewhere on the outside of the building. When the wasps are active, I can't get out of my apartment and if I'm already outside, I can't get in. I've contacted the leasing office about this issue at least 5 times and they keep saying they will send someone. No one has shown up yet and they don't outsource to any of the local pest companies. Don't waste your time with this company. They refuse to do any upkeep on their properties but you can't be late with the rent. If you are they will definitely reach out."

"The property management takes a nonrefundable $40 fee that they keep. That's the lady come up. Very rude, tried to rent from twice. Their apartments are run down for the racist and rudeness you have to deal with don't recommend"

"Won't fix anything hardly!!! Want the rent though!!! I've been having this same hole in the roof of my kitchen since last summer!!! I spent two winters here with no heat!!! But they managed to serve me eviction notices when my rent was late...!!! Really!!! And charged me late fees and notice fees!!! Every winter got to get them to fix the heat... Every summer got to get them to fix the air conditioning...! But they still want their rent!!! Wow!!!"

Every time I have ever called about an issue, my concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. I recommend them to every person that I come in contact with that is looking for a home.
