"I got a full knee replacement 4 months ago and have been going to Thrive Physical Therapy 2 times a week. I honestly can't say enough about the amazing care I have received there. I'm a huge fan of consistency so I have worked with Nicole Wenzel PT/OT since the day after my surgery. She is incredibly knowledgeable and the honestly the best therapist I have ever worked with. Not only is she ridiculously smart, she is kind and patient as well. They have a variety of service to include, migraine relief, chronic pain, vertigo relief, dry needling and so much more. Another Physical Therapist in the office, Joe, has performed dry-needling on my leg to assist with recovery. I can't complete this review without mentioning Kari. Kari is the nicest and most patient person on the planet. "While this is a smaller physical therapy business, that doesn't mean that they don't take care of their clients and meet their individual needs. I was first referred to the physical therapist Nicole by my pain doctor. She stated that she knew Nicole knew what CRPS/RSD was and that she was competent with migraines. I've never been to a physical therapist that did knew what that disease was and continues to constantly look for new literature on how to best treat the disease. When I first came in, I was getting regular arm cramps and my left arm was extremely weak, only being able to grip 15 pounds. Today, after several months of therapy, I was able to grip 45 pounds!!! Nicole, my physical therapist, was extremely impressed!! She had put in her notes that she was expecting me to only grip to 30 pounds but that I greatly exceeded her expectations!!! Kari, the receptionist, has been very kind from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable. If I needed to reschedule, she was accommodating and if I was going to be delayed due to me running late, she was also very kind. Samantha (Sam), the physical therapist assistant, also was very helpful. She got me set up for exercises, and she would even entertain my twins sometimes. The other therapists are also very kind. This business is growing and booming! If you are looking for an excellent physical therapist, this is the place to go!!!"
