"I went to this nail shop to get a filled the lady at the front desk did allow me to in the front door she said that they were full until after Christmas. she was very rude and I felt like she racial profile me. but other customer walked in after me and got thought the door I cam home and called back and made appointment for later that day I thought they where full I cry all the way home and to the lady at the beauty supply my filling was really hurt"

"I came here with my mom and I loved my nails. I didn't get the name of the lady who did them, but she did a great job. She made sure to get the colors accurate to the reference photo I showed her and took her time. My mom's been here a lot and it seems that she has a preference for the lady that did my nails. I'm guessing the bad reviews are from the other people there, who my mom also didn't like, but I enjoyed going there. It was also a good price as she worked on me for nearly 2 hours and only charged $65 for a full set of acrylics."

"I normally just get gel polish with really simple paint jobs. I don’t know what the deal is here - but they filed my skin. So I have sores around my nails. Then there are weird bumps and divots in the polish, on every nail. It’s weird. I want to go back to get it fixed, however if this is what I got for a very simple job, I don’t know that I want to waste an hour of my time for more bad work. Not sure what to think, but I’m sad I wasted the $35- on disappointing results."

"Well I went there for pedicure and manicure my pedicure was good but my manicure was horrible not clean she didn’t even push my cuticles she cut them because I asked her to do so or else she wouldn’t as you can see the edges was not clean at all and the shapes where not the same for all my nails they charged me 73$ which was a lot and totally not worth it I am not recommending it to anyone"

"Worst experience!!!! My nails look like a 5 year old did them. I tried telling the manicurist and supposedly he didn't understand. I tried talking to the manager and she could care less. She told me to wait and that someone could help me later. The person who did this was the owner and that's why no one wanted to fix it or help me. I'm so unhappy and now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. So disappointing. Please don't go there that is the only way they will see that customer satisfaction is #1!
