"Dan @ WHR is the best! I will always send my rental customers his way. He works with people even if they have issues(job, health, money, beginning of covid, etc.)as long as customers communicate back to him & follow through with their promises. It's sad that low reviews are probably from those who think they can get a free barn without paying for it. I'll never understand that mentality, but I get alot of repos from entitled people who will trash the building because they can't keep it for free. On the other hand, I've had really good people who turned their building back in when they couldn't afford it... only to come back years later speaking highly of dan & getting another building...as long as they still didn't owe WHR."

"The fact that this company is allowed legally to charge whatever they chose as far as a late fee goes is mind blowing. We as American people allowing businesses like this to continue to rob people to maintain their profits is one of the many things wrong with this country!"

"They are caring people . I had a house fire which also caught my building on fire. But I lost everything. And with trying to find a place to live and all of the deposit s I had to put upi had no money left. Granted it I still had to make my payment on the building. And it was extremely hard at that time. Bit they worked with me on it for 2 months granted I still had to pay late charges. But I now have my building paid off so thank y'all for helping me by working with me."

"Love the building my sister is trying to buy, however she being over charged and has paid more than twice the amount of the original cost of the rent -to-own. When she called to figure out why they were asking for another 700.00 the staff were extremely rude and even began yelling at her. Completely unprofessional."

"Very unprofessional customer service!!!! Sent a payment which was delayed by the holidays and spoke to someone and let them know. Still got a text message from someone( never puts their name) but says we have not received payment yet so we are sending a driver to pick up!!! After I just spoke to someone. Then I said well if you all are going to pick up I will cancel the checks I sent, just let me know and I will make sure I’m home when you send a pick up driver due to having large dogs. WH response: I don’t know when they will come..... if you want customer service or lack of and someone to talk too other than random text from someone that’s not professional enough to put a name and even though you talked to someone they keep sending threatening text messages We are coming to pick up today! After you spoke to someone 10 min ago This is your place. If not avoid like the plague!!! I went here due to a friend said it was closer than where I got my 12x12. After I pay this one off there will never be another WHR !!!!"
