"Wow is all I can say. I walk in on New Years for a Mani Pedi and wax to one woman working with a customer in every chair and getting it done in amazing time. She does an awesome job and looked super cute doing it too. I'm amazed. Thank you Sassy's!"
"My first time there today, and Amy was amazing! My work is really strict with a lot and she was patient and did a great job! The place was kind of empty which I loved and it’s a little hidden gem. Update: they double book and not considerate of time it got pretty bad with not taking appointments at time asked and they just laugh pretend they don’t understand and apologize. Otay nails near south wesocollege is on point"
"I made an appt this Tuesday , I went in person to see if they can do clear powder acrylic. 2 people said no. Angie looked at the picture and promised me she can do it. I asked to make an appt with her for Thursday coming up when they open so I’m the first person. She checked her schedule and put me in for 930 am. I arrived with a friend. Told Then I had a appt for 930 am for full set and pedicure. The guy there said he can’t do it, so he took my friend first to do her pedicure. I sat there for 15 mins while Angie sat without client at her desk. They explained they’re waiting for the pedi lady to show. She showed up, started my pedi. Someone else started my clear set with clear tips glued on. At 10 am Angie accepted a client for a pedicure. The gal who started my fingers , told me she’s going to sit at her desk until I’m finished with pedi. My Friend finished first and the gal took my friend Vs the guy who was doing her nails bc he couldn’t do the way I wanted. They both argued for 15 mins straight. Customers are shocked, looking around and laughing. Finally I said it’s my fault bc I have nails that nobody can do. Angie turns around and told me she will do my nails as promised after her pedi. My friends new set is almost done. I’ve been sitting there for 40 mins after my pedi was done. Finally Angie is done. Her client sits in her chair at her desk to get her acrylics done. I decided then to leave. I pay for pedi. Angie gets up and hands me her card. I Thought she was going to offer a discount but she was just telling me her day off. I went down the road to world nails and spa off birch. Angie said she will call me once she’s done. By the time she called Me my nails were done and I was home which was at 1145. Horrible customer service. I should’ve listened to the reviews and my friends. But I didn’t have my vehicle and I walked here. Don’t waste your time. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere."
"Visiting from Massachusetts and walked in without an appointment for a fill and gel. I was greeted right away with a chorus of good mornings and smiles. I was seated with Helen who did an amazing job. Her attention to small details to make my nails perfect was noticed and appreciated. Hard to take a selfie of your own nails, but I tried. I and very happy and wish I found this salon sooner. I will definitely be back next time I visit my daughter!"
