"Do not go here as a walk-in. I was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later she told me it was still going to be another 15 minutes. I don't know why I was given an arbitrary amount of time to wait. If she had just been honest with me from the start, I could have left and come back or made a an appointment for later on. Pretty pissed I already wasted 35 minutes of my time, but I decided to leave. I definitely don't appreciate being gaslighted just to be made money off of."

All the workers are so friendly & talk to me like how I talk to my friends just being funny & myself:) On top of that the complimentary mimosa was my favorite & even the pedicure & manicure came out so perfect! "I wish I knew this place existed sooner. I saw the pink princess chairs and needed to go in. I usually nitpick my nails to death but there's nothing wrong to find. I also usually hate short nails (I damaged them so badly there's no other option for a good while), but the absolute godsend of a woman made them look so good I don't care that they're short. "I’ve been looking for a new nail spot as I am particular about my nails and came across Nail Box. Nail Box is adorable inside, you feel pampered like you’re in a girly princess dream-it’s pink, the music, chairs- all so relaxing. Something I noticed that was refreshing is that all the nail techs were kind to each other and made sure their clients were comfortable. I was introduced to nail tech Alex, gahhh she is the sweetest most talented ever!! She could literally do any design and even helped me come up with one-I loved them!! And Bonus-All the techs speak English! This will definitely be my go-to spot!"
