"I felt they could have done a better job but since it's been a while since I last had a mani- pedi. It was okay. Just to get them painted with gel. That was a new experience. I may wait some time ro "have" done again. I pray I can buy some good nail polish soon. I like painting my own nails. But it is getting hard to do myself these days. I just wanted a little pampering"

"I've been going to this nail shop for the last few years and I don't have one complaint. I always go to one or two ladies and they always nail it every time!"

"I went in on 09-14-23 around 2pm. I had called in to make an appointment & was just told to come in, then the woman who answered hung up on me. That should've been my first "don't come here sign". I came in, and they said $50 for a mani-pedi, which I was thinking "okay $25 on both hands & feet, fine." I wasn't really talked to during my time here, which is fine, I'm shy anyway, but I know some women like to chat while getting work done. I was stabbed several times by the woman doing my feet with the lil cuticle tool up to the point my left big toe was bleeding at one point. I still had dry blood when I got home. My hands were also still dry and uncleaned, as seen in first picture. When I was done & up at the counter, my new total was $62. Originally, it was $50, so the random $12 was unexpected. As I'm shy, I decided against bringing this up there. On 09-17-23, I took a shower & was testing the water when the nail polish literally just fell off. Cheap polish but $62. Okay. Makes sense. So that's my final sign of "don't come here.""

"I love the way Lieu does our nails. My daughters and I will only go to her she is sweet and takes her time and always makes sure they are what you want. The wait is sometimes long but they try to take everyone in so patience is needed. Tried other places but nothing compares to the quality of Lieu and her sister Jenny. Update just went back to get fill and new design and as usual Lieu did an awesome job. Added updated photos of new ones."

"My first time here was great. Jenny is amazing, if you come here book an apt with her only. My recent visit here on the other hand was terrible. I had a completely different lady and the cashier kept over charging and upselling everyone. It was ridiculously uncomfortable (so much 2 other customers were complaining as well). My fill isn't perfect and there's A LOT of left over acrylic all over my cuticles. On top of that! The lady didn't completely remove my previous polish before doing my fill so there's black nail polish trapped inside the fill. Amazing right!?!? Before the fill was even over they were pressuring me to pick a color, and well I didn't like any of them, I originally came for the holographic colors jenny offered the first time I was there. Unfortunately no one here knew what I was talking about. And don't let the window price's fool you, you will not be paying any where near that. I was told if they did the set I walked in with, it would have been 40$, so just book an appointment with an actual nail spa that offers mimosas for that money. I was so uncomfortable and unsatisfied, I left with no polish! And well what's the point of polish If I need to file my own nails. There's jagged edges that get caught in my hair."
