"My mother been coming to this place for years now but this last time one of the ladies there was very rude to my 102 grandmother. She pushed her was yelling at her. My grandmother was slow so she takes extra precautions when stepping, well Mrs thing here was very impatience and started to tell my grandma to hurry up."

"I asked for French acrylics and they came out somewhat bumpy, I payed almost 50 dollars for a them and they looked okay for the first week, but then started breaking and didn't last 2 weeks! The service was fine as they were very nice to me and were quick to attend."

"Very unprofessional and rude, I came in to get my nails taken off and instead of being gentle and courteous the lady starts ripping my nails off causing my actual thumb nail to rip half way. Then I decided I’d get my regular nails painted. Not only did the lady not buff my nail she paints over the dried nail glue left over leaving them bumpy and ugly then when she finished completely leaves the store and never comes back leaving me to time myself under the finger nail dryer. Another lady comes and tells me to pay and I can go but as soon as I do my nail polish comes right off. But there was nothing they could do so I’m 20 dollars down with an injured right thumb nail and disappointment. Take some advice and go to a more professional establishment cheap is not always good!!!!"

"I had call on a Sunday making an appointment for my mom on Friday at 11am which I confirm the time with them 3 times. We went on Friday at 10:57am and they didnt remember we had an appointment. They took my mom but the person who had started applying the fake nails got up then went to do someone elses nail who came in. They didnt even say anything just got up and left my mom without a warning. It wasnt until I spoke up and asked them where she went in which they told me shes doing someone else’s nail even though my mom had an appointment. Keep in mind, we made sure to call in advance for the appointment. As well tomorrow is my moms wedding so today we had an appointment since we have other things to do. 12:26 pm and my mom still hasnt gotten her nails done. Ive gotten my nails done while my mom got her pedicure done by the nice lady. And yet the lady has not finished her job with the nails of my mom. When I told them to attend my mom they wouldnt and say “not to worry” as time passed and my moms nails dont get done. When told about the nail being way shorter than the other nail, they kept going on and on about not worrying. DONT EVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE THEY DONT RESPECT IT AND WILL DO OTHER PEOPLES NAILS BEFORE YOURS"
