"I had a partial labrum tear doing full contact sparring throwing a left hook. I lost some serious range of motion and was in a lot of pain. I saw Dr. Wise and she was not only able to diagnose me without any imagining, she gave me a regimen of exercises specifically tailored towards my injured shoulder that helped me bring my shoulder back to full function. It made my other shoulder seem like the 'bad' shoulder after I had recovered. I was back to fighting dudes with both fully functioning arms. "Stephanie at Health-Wise saw me for a lower back issue/sciatic nerve pain that had been persistent for over 4 weeks. I wasn't sure where to go to for help. My PCP could prescribe medication only and I felt like going to an orthopedic specialist/surgeon would be unnecessary.
