"So I have to say. Moved to Tennessee a few months ago. Especially Ascension walk in. And the medical care in this town and state is sad. Our primary doctor has been mysteriously absent for the last 5 weeks without explanation . supposed to have an appointment Monday finally but now have been told that it will now be in 3 more weeks. We're sent across the street to walk in after our receptionist called and we're told they would get us right in since we had an appointment canceled 2 hours later and several you are next waiting room has turned over at least 3 times with new people that have walked in and still sitting here. Do not tryst this place find other services your health might depend on it! Hope this helps people"

"The doctor and nurse and medical laboratory technician were extremely good on my last visit. They were very kind and thorough to help me with an illness that I had been suffering for months. The doctor was perhaps the best doctor I have ever had. He had managed to fix the problem and it went away. However, yesterday, I was not able to get through to the front desk. I was even transferred by someone else to the front desk to be sure there was availability for the walk-in clinic, because I may have had a broken arm. Everyone in any other department that I had accidentally reached was sympathetic and helpful, but the front desk was non-responsive, as if they were not present at the front desk or ignoring the phone. I had tried 4 times, as I did not want to head all the way in to the facility, only to be turned away, because there was no availability. I wound up giving up and going to an urgent care facility instead, because they allowed me to check-in online and confirm that I could be seen."
