"0 Stars. They’re careless, messy and extremely rude! Find a different spot. I understand gel nail polish can be tedious to remove, that being said, IT IS NEVER OK TO SCRAPE IT OFF. Even using tools like a nail drill should be used AFTER soaking the nails in acetone either in a bowl or individually wrapped in aluminum foil for 15-20 minutes. At least 10 min!! I was looking at the colors they had trying to pick one and when I realized…long story short my nails are paper thin. I decided to not get a gel manicure after that because they will very obviously break most likely within the next couple of days. I don’t know the name of the person I dealt with but on top of ruining my natural nails (while talking on the phone) being EXTREMELY RUDE, and telling me that “Soaking is only for dip powder”, she accused me of trying to get out of paying $10 for the gel removal!!! O.o They don’t really give a shi”*%#> here. They’re careless, messy and rude. Find a different spot."

"First time I was there dip polish was great. Lasted 30 days. Next time, not so good. Nails real thin. Gel was put on to repair 2 nails. Now I have to wait to have gel removed and dip put back on. Nails not even the same length. Don't know if I will return."

"I staff was nice at first, the lady was doing my nails and then stopped what she was doing and answered a FaceTime call WHILE SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY NAILS, the place was gross so I thought to myself and thought “ I hope she did a good job doing my toes “ and I look down and see my toe nails done with the color I didn’t even ask for and the were AWFUL the nail polish was on my skin when they were supposed to clean up the edges"

"I would not even give this salon one star! I had a horrible set of nails put on by Ivy last week. They were not shaped or even the same length! They were not buffed to have smooth sides and she didn't trim hang nails. I could go on! I went to Nails for Her and got a BEAUTIFUL repair job. Done the way I had expected them to be done the first time I paid my good money. . ."
